    12 oz. Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage Reduced fat
    6 egg whites
    4 whole eggs
    12 Don Pancho Gordita Flour tortillas - Fajita style


Cook sausage over meduim heat crumbling as you cook. Mix eggs and egg whites and add to thoroughly cooked meat. Turn heat down and cook eggs through. Meanwhile heat tortillas in microwave or oven according to package directions. Scoop 1/3 cup of filling into burrito and fold to eat. You can garnish these with your choice of chees, salsa, sour cream, peppers, or onions.

Serving Size: makes 12 burritos with 1/3 cup of filling
