    1/2 pound ground turkey breast extra lean
    1/8 cup egg beater egg whites
    4 TBSP Parmesan Cheese, divided
    2 TBSP granulated garlic dehydrated
    1 tsp dried basil
    3 cups frozen chopped spinach
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    2 small stalks celery, chopped
    64 ou. Progresso low sodium chicken broth
    3 ou Ditalini pasta (Barilla)


Pour chicken broth into pot. Add chopped carrots, celery, basil, pepper, 2 TBSP parmesan cheese and chopped spinach. Heat slowly on low heat. Mix together ground turkey, egg mixture, 2 TBSP parmesan cheese and granulated garlic. After meat is mixed with other ingredients form it into approximately 80 TINY meatballs. Bring broth mixture to a boil and drop meatballs in to broth. Lower heat to medium and allow to cook about 45 minutes. Add Ditalini pasta and allow to cook another 15 minutes.
