Introduction

These are great eaten as crackers or as a garnish on soups and salads. These are great eaten as crackers or as a garnish on soups and salads.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup shredded parmesean cheese (use the good stuff)
    1 tsp italian herb mix

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Make small piles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 350F for 10 minutes.
