Ingredients

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (chopped)
    1 can Cream of Asparagus Soup
    1/8 cup milk (i used 1%)
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1/8 cup white wine (optional-if not used, use 1/4 cup of milk)
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

1.Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken and garlic for 10 minutes or until browned.
2.Add soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper. Heat to a boil. Add white wine. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: Makes four servings
