Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts cooked, skinned and boned
    4 potatoes peeled
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup frozen peas
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1.5 cups Bisquick
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 cup milk

Directions

cook chicken and cut into small pieces
In large pan, boil potatoes, carrots and peas
Once veggies are done drain and add chicken
add cream of chicken soup and mix thoroughly
Spread in large pan
Mix bisquick, sour cream and milk thoroughly
Spread over chicken mixture
Cook at 350 for 30 mins or until top is golden brown.
