Introduction

A quick throw together chili recipie that can be added to or tweaked with ease! A quick throw together chili recipie that can be added to or tweaked with ease!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can Bush's Reduced Sodium Pinto Beans*
    1 can Bush's Chili Beans, Mild Sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1 bag Bird's Eye Steamfresh Super Sweet Corn
    3 tsp tabasco sauce (or to taste)
    2 tsp Salt, pepper, garlic powder cayanne pepper, and chili powder (or to taste)

    *You can substitute with black beans too!



Directions

1.) Place Steamfresh bag into microwave and begin to cook.
2.) Drain pinto beans and tomatoes; toss into a small pot over medium heat on stove. Add Chili beans with sauce.
3.) Add in tabasco sauce (I prefer the Chipotle kind) and seasonings. Just season to taste.
4.) Once bean and tomatoe mixure is heated through, add cooked corn and stir together.
5.) Serve!

Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and/or chips or crackers if desired.

Serving Size: Makes either three smallish bowls or two and half larger bowls.
