Ingredients

    1/2c strawberries
    1 banana
    1/2 vanilla soy milk
    1/2 TB wheat germ ground
    1/2 TB flex seed ground
    1 Tb almonds ground
    1/2 c low fat vanilla yogurt
    cup of ice

Directions

put all ingred in blender except ice and blend then add ice blend until chopped. if you use frozen strawberries omit ice. this is a big serving you can devide into 2.
