    1C Bisquick Heart Smart
    3/4C Yellow Cornmeal
    1/2C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 pkg Truiva
    1t baking powder
    1t baking soda
    3/4t ground cumin
    1/4t Salt
    4 sl turkey bacon crumbled
    1 chipotle pepper minced
    1 1/4C lowfat Buttermilk
    1/4C canola oil
    1/4C Egg beaters
    cooking spray


Lightly spoon flour into cup, level with knife. Combine flour plus next 7 ingredients in large bowl, stir well. Stir in bacon & pepper, make a well in center of mixture. Combine buttermilk, oil and egg in a bowl, stir well. Add liquids to flour mix & stir just to moisten. Divide into 12 muffin cups & cook at 375 for 15 min or until done. Check with pick in middle. Cool on rack at least 5 min.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
