    1 precooked pizza crust (I used Freschetta Whole Wheat)
    3 tbsp pesto sauce (I made homemade)
    1/2 chicken breast half (cut in bite sized pieces)
    2 red bell peppers, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup part skim milk shredded mozzarella


1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Put a round stone in the oven.
2. Heat a medium pan over medium high heat. Spray the pan with olive oil.
3. Add chicken, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and the vegetables are softened.
4. Spread the pesto sauce over the crust. Top with the chicken mixture and then the cheese.
5. Place the pizza on the hot stone in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
