    2 cups white rice
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 green bell pepper
    2 can diced tomatoes (I like the Italian style ones for this)
    1 package Munster deli-sliced cheese
    1 tbsp chili powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice according to brand's directions. In a 9x13 casserole dish, place cooked rice and mix with kidney beans. Cover rice mixture with a layer of Munster cheese. Chop green pepper and mix with tomatoes and chili powder. Pour over cheese layer and spread evenly. Layer the remainder of the cheese over the tomato mixture. Cook for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
