Ingredients

    1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice (Original Recipe) prepared per box instructions without oil or butter
    2 Jennie-O Turkey Franks, sliced into rounds
    1-1/2 C Bush's Best Black Beans
    1/2 C salsa

    Optional:
    low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
    low-fat sour cream

Directions

Prepare rice as per directions on box, but do not add butter or oil. While rice is cooking slice hot dogs into rounds and measure beans and salsa. Once rice is cooked, add beans, salsa, and hot dogs to pot. Mix and heat through. Serve immediately.

Can garnish with sour cream and cheese as desired.
