Number of Servings: 8


    20 oz pkg. of lean ground turkey
    1 Cup ketchup
    3 Tble Brown sugar
    1 Tble. Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 cup of Fat Free shredded cheddar cheese
    1 pkg of 8 Pillsbury Grands


Brown the turkey. Cut each of the 8 biscuits in half so that you have 16 circles. Flatten the biscuit circles. Use Non-stick cooking spray in 16 muffin tins. Press the biscuits into each of the muffin tins. Make sure that the biscuit dough goes up the sides.

Mix the ground turkey with the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar & chili powder. Evenly distribute the meat mix into each of the muffin cups. Sprinkle each muffin with the shredded cheese.

Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, or until the cheese starts to brown.

2 muffins equals 1 serving.
