Introduction

Ingredients

    8 chicken thighs skinless
    1 box of whole gain spaghetti
    1 c. of Parmesan cheese gated
    1c.bread crumbs any kind you wish
    3eggs lightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. Olive oil
    .25 c. of Italian 4 cheese
    1.25 c. snap pea
    1 Tbsp baisl
    1 Tbsp gralic power
    1 glover gralic mince

Directions

Rise chicken in cold water dry with paper towel set aside In lager bowl put bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, basil, gralic power and mix well set aside In a new bowl add eggs


Put chicken in eggs and then in bread crumb mixture put in a 9x13in baken dish put in over at 375 bake for an hour or until chicken is done.

Boil water for spaghetti when done add 2Tbsp of olive oil and some Mrs. Dash Gralic and Herb and the 4 italian cheese mix well.

Snap pea add the last Tbsp of olive oil to a 10in pan with the gralic heat and stir for 2 min than had snap peas. cook to your desire.
