Number of Servings: 5


    * Beans, black cooked or canned, 1.5 cup
    * Egg white, 3
    * Flaxseed,2 tsp
    * *Cumin seed powder, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/2 tsp
    * Salt, 1/2 tsp
    * Olive Oil, 1/2 1tsp


Mix all ingredients except olive oil
Heat grill on stove top, oiling with paper towel
Spoon 3 tablespoons of bean mix onto grill on medium heat for each burger.
Cook for approx 8 minutes on each side til well-cooked.
Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, onions light mayo.
