    milk non fat 2 qt
    dry milk, 1/2 cup
    yogurt starter 2 tbsp


Microwave 2 qt of non fat milk until it reaches 175 degrees. This should be about 17 minutes. Make sure you stir the milk 2 times during the cooking process. Then let the milk cool for 45 minutes until it reaches 110 to 120 degrees. Stir in dry milk and yogurt starter. For you first batch it will be a store greek yogurt which does not have any additives.
This mixture needs to sit in a warm environment of about 100 degrees till it starts to look like you have add jelly For me it takes about 14 hours. Then strain out the whey (or the liquid) till it look like the consistency you want.
