    3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup Cranberries, dried, unsweetened
    1/2 cup Black Raisins
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1 cup Mixed Nuts chopped
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, hulled
    1/4 cup flaxseeds (optional)
    1/2 cup Canola Oil
    1/4 cup Maple Syrup (real, not pancake syrup)
    1/4 brown rice syrup
    1 egg white
    Canola Oil spray


Line a 15 x 10 (approx) rimmed baking sheet with foil. Spray with canola oil spray. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Mix all dry ingredients. Pour canola oil, syrups, and egg white over dry mixture untl fully moistened. Spread in baking sheet and press down with spatula. Bake 20 minutes. Turn pan and bake 15-20 more or until golden brown. You can cut these into bars while warm, or wait until they are cool and break into chunks like store bought granola.

Serving Size: Makes 16 1x5 inch pieces 16 1/2 cup servings
