    3 Granny Smith Apples (Chopped)
    1 Green Peppers (Chopped)
    2 Cups Red Seedless Grapes (halved)
    2oz Almonds (slivered)
    2oz Walnuts (chopped)
    4 Small Carrots (shredded)
    1 Head of Red Leaf Lettuce
    1 Head of Green Lettuce
    2 Bunches of Broccoli (Cut into florets)
    2 oz Dried Cranberries

Directions
