    2 Tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp basalmic vinegar
    3 tablespoon louisiana hot sace
    1 cup water
    1 boneless skinless chicken thigh
    1 tbsp worhester sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    1 thick slice of red vedalia onion diced
    1/4 cup sweet red bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste


Marinade the chicken thigh over night with the diced onion, basalmic vinegar, hot sauce, worchester sauce and water. To prepare get your skillet hot and then place the olive oil in the pan when hot drop in the chicken thigh with the onions, [strain from the marinade before adding to pan], and cook until almost done with the lid on, [about 10 minuites] turning only twice. Then place the mixed vegetables, [ have the vegtables thawed out ahead of time], and bell pepper in with the chicken thigh and cook for another 2 minuites. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove and eat.
