    Kingfish, 3 large steaks
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Lime juice ReaLime, 1/4 cup
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 0.25 cup
    Celery salt Twin Tree Gardens, 0.25 tsp
    Basil, 0.25 tsp
    Vinegar apple cider White House, 0.25 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


Mix ingredients together. Wash & pat dry fish & put in baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour mixture over fish (I cooked fish from frozen). Bake about 20 to 30 minutes turning once. Can also be boiled on stove for about 5 to 10 minutes.
