    1 cup Half and Half (fat free)
    2 T sugar
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/2 c ice cream salt


Put half and half, sugar and vanilla in a small freezer baggie and seal. Fill large freezer bag half full with ice and add salt. Place smaller baggie inside large bag and seal. Shake until liquid become frozen.
