Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 jalapeno, chopped
    2 16 oz cans chopped tomatoes
    1 16 oz can red kidney beans (rinsed)
    1 16 oz can pinto or pink beans (rinsed)
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp cumin powder
    salt & pepper to taste


Directions

Add olive oil to pan, brown turkey & drain.
Add onion, green pepper and jalapeno. Cook onion is tender.
Add all other ingredients cover an cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste.
