    4 oz. soft goat cheese
    1 onion chopped
    2 turkey breasts divided in two and flattened like a tortilla.
    salt and pepper


Divide turkey breast in two and flatten.
Divide goat cheese in 4 equal parts.
Chop onions and sautee in pan.
Extend the flattened turkey breast, add salt and pepper.
Place goat cheese and onions in the middle of the turket breast.
Roll turkey breast and cook in pan.
