Introduction

Slightly spicy flavored ground meat jerky! Slightly spicy flavored ground meat jerky!
Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    2 lb lean ground beef
    1 small can Green Chili Peppers
    1 small can Tomato Paste
    2 Tablespoons chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Portion out meat using a scoop. (I use a Pampered Chef medium and get 40 meat balls.
Flatten the meat to patties no more than 1/4" thick. (parchment paper between two small plates works well.
Then put on dehydrator to dry. It takes 4-5 hours on mine.
Blot any grease that might appear from the patties while they are drying.
