Bitter Broccoli Bitter Broccoli

    Broccoli raab, 450 grams
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)


Clean Broccoli Rabe. Slice Garlic. Heat oil. Add Garlic cook for 1 Minute. Add Broccoli Rabe, Salt, Water and Hot Pepper. Cook in large frying pan with cover for about 10 minutes.
