Ingredients

    3 ears fresh silver ear corn
    2 whole eggs
    1 cup egg white, pasturized
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole milk
    soul seasoning (salt, coriander, cumin, basil, garlic powder
    minced Vidalia onion
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    misted canola oil (1tsp per pancake)

Directions

cut corn from cob
mix all ingredients together
heat pan and mist with canola oil
pour out pancake, cook till brown on one side, flip, cook till brown on the other. Serve hot.
