    1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 cup water
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp ground black pepper
    1 cup quinoa (uncooked)
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (raw, defrosted)


- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Whisk together soup, water, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a 9x13 baking dish
- Rinse quinoa well and Stir into soup mixture
- Place chicken gently on top of quinoa mixture
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes to brown.

  • This was an excellent low calorie, high protein meal. Serving size is about 6 oz including the chicken. I only had cream of mushroom soup so I used it and added a pkt of chicken boullion. Perfect. Will definitely make again. - 7/20/14
