Ingredients

    1 Box Couscous- Near East Plain
    1 Cucumber (peeled), chopped
    1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
    1/2 Red Pepper, chopped
    1/2 Yellow Peppers, chopped
    15 Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, cut into fourths
    1 T. Peanut Oil
    7 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    5 oz. Kraft Light Zesty Italian reduced fat dressing
    1 t. Garlic powder

Directions

Cook Couscous according to box directions, then place in refridgerator to cool.
While cooling, chop all veggies and cheese and place into a bowl and stir.
When Couscous has cooled completely, add to veggie mixture and stir thoroughly. Add garlic powder and dressing and continue to stir until well blended!
