Ingredients

    4 tbsp unsalted butter
    10 ounces Kosher Natural Vanilla Marshmallows (approx 1 1/2 bags of big or mini marshmallows) (4 cups mini or 6 cups large)
    6 cups crisped brown rice cereal
    1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

Butter 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Heat butter and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl at HIGH (100% power) for 1 minute. Stir.
Microwave for one minute, until melted and mixture is smooth. Stir.
Immediately add cereal and reserved cup of mini marshmallows. mix lightly until well coated.
Press into buttered rectangular pan. (it might help to butter your hands and press in)
Cool for 2-3 hours. Cut into sqaures when cooled.

Makes 2 dozen
