    3 tbsp Butter
    1 onion
    3 leeks
    5 Medium Red Potatoes
    1.5 L Chicken Stock
    3 Cups Milk
    2 Large Carrots
    12 Asparagus
    3 Celery Stalks


*fry onions and leeks in butter with corriander
*add chicken stock, potatoes and milk, bring to boil
*take off and blend

In an seperate pan fry up other veggies. Mix together. You are done!
