Ingredients

    3 plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 c Granny Smith apples, chopped
    .5 c cucumber, chopped
    .5 c corn kernels, chopped
    .5 c red bell pepper, chopped
    .25 c green onions, chopped
    .25 c red onion, chopped
    2.5 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    1.5 tbsp fresh lime juice
    1 tbsp jalapeno, seeded and chopped
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1.5 tsp sugar
    .75 tsp salt
    .5 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
