    1/2 Cup Walnuts
    1/2 Cup Almonds
    4-5 Dates
    Dash of Salt
    2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
    1 Cup Yogurt, Greek
    0.5 Cup Honey
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon
    0.25 tsp Salt


1. Grind Walnuts, Almonds and Dates together in a food processor until crumbly and sticky. Press in the bottom and sides of a pie pan.
2. Mix Pumpkin Puree, Greek Yogurt, Honey, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon and Salt together in a food processor and pour into crust.
3. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes until no longer jiggly. Cool and
