    I pound of lean ground beef, browned
    1 can petite cut diced tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp minced garlic


Brown ground beef, drain fat. Saute onions, celery, garlic and carrots in olive oil. Add ground beef, tomatoes, and drained beans. Add chili powder to spice preference. Simmer.
