    3/4 pound ground turkey
    3/4 cup frozen peas
    1.5 cups Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
    .75 cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella cheese
    8oz uncooked Whole Wheat Pasta
    1t Olive Oil
    6 cloves Garlic-I use frozen, but crushed fresh would work
    4t Basil--I use the frozen Basil, but fresh could work too
    Salt and pepper to taste


Cook Pasta according to directions, adding the peas to the pasta water while cooking. Drain and set aside
Meanwhile, mix cheeses in a small bowl.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and brown turkey. Add garlic and basil amd sautee until melted if using frozen, or until garlic is heated through if using fresh. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta to turkey and toss until evenly coated. Add cheeses and combine over low heat until cheese are melted and heated through. Serve immediately.
