1/4 cup flax meal
1 egg
.5 tsp baking powder
1 T Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
For Frosting:
2 T cream cheese
dash of Splenda and vanilla
Directions
Combine Flax Meal, Egg, SF Chocolat Syrup and baking powder. Whip until egg is thoroughly combined.
Pour in silicone muffin cup liners, set on a plate and nuke for 60-90 seconds, until no longer wet.
Let rest while you nuke 2 T of cream cheese. Add a dash of vanilla and Splenda and combine. Spread frosting on cupcakes and enjoy!
