    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Mushrooms, fresh, 10 small
    White Wine, 50 mL
    Vege Stock Powder (1 tsp),
    Soup - Campbells - Cream of Mushroom Condensed 420g can, 1 serving
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 556 grams
    *Crushed Garlic, 0.5 tsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp


Peel Carrot and cut Carrot, Onion and Mushrooms into cubes and place into slow cooker. Chop chicken into large cubes and add this to the veges. Mix stock powder into 1/4 cup boiling water and add soup, wine, basil and garlic to this mixture - mix well with whisk. Pour liquids over the chicken and veges and place slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

Serve with Rice, Noodles or mashed potatoes and a green salad (not included in nutritional analysis)

Serving Size: Makes 4 generous serves (or 6 smaller serves)
