Ingredients

SANDWHICH
- 1 Portabella Mushroom Cap
- 2 Pineapple Rings
- 1 Tomato Slice
- 1/4 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 2 slices Bread or Hamburger Thins
- 1/2 tbsp Lemonaise Light
MARINADE
-1 tbsp Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl and wisk
Place marinade in ziplock back with mushroom cap and pineapple, mix, combine and let marinade for 1 - 2 hours
Meanwhile preheat grill to medium high heat, when grill is ready and mushroom has marinaded remove mushroom and pineapple from bag and grill both, 2 - 3 minutes each side. Remove from grill
Spread Lemonaise on one slice of bread, place lettuce & tomato on another, top that slice with the mushroom and pineapple, place that first piece on top to hold it all together and ENJOY! :)
Warning: its juicy!
