Introduction

This can be used as a great spicy green chile stew, or cooked down and used as a filler in green chile burritos. This can be used as a great spicy green chile stew, or cooked down and used as a filler in green chile burritos.

Ingredients

    4 cups of chopped canned green chile
    1 cup chopped raw onion
    2 tablespoons crushed garlic
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1 lb. lowfat ground pork or pork sausage
    2 tsp. cumin or cominos
    1/2 tsp dried sage
    1 bottle Miller lite

Directions

Cook pork, onion, and garlic together; drain if necessary.
Add green chile, red pepper flakes, cumin, and sage. Stir.
Pour in Miller lite.
Serve in bowls after simmer 30 minutes OR cook till beer evaporates and use as burrito filling.
