Introduction

I like this better than regular hummus (not a fan of chick peas) I like it extra garlicky so this uses 2 garlic cloves. Use whatever you like to season / flavor it up. Ingredients

    1.5 cup cooked and shelled edamame
    2 Tablespoons tanini paste (sesame seed paste)
    1/4. C water (+ more if needed)
    1 tsp. lemon zest
    lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
    2 clove garlic, crushed
    kosher salt to taste
    pepper
    2 tsp Olive oil

Directions

puree all in food processor until smooth consistancy

Serving Size: I get 14 (2 Tablespoon.servings)
