    Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (2 cans)
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19.20 oz
    Diced Chilies, 2 serving (1 can)


Heat your wok-like pan, add your oil and then brown the turkey with the diced chilis. Once that mixture is done, toss it into a crock pot (already sprayed with non-stick spray) along with the other ingredients. Set on High if short on time, cover and let go until it's time for dinner.

Not figured into the calculations for nutrition are options for tortillas, chips, rice or whatever you feel the need in accompanying the dish.
