    small can kidney beans
    small onion chopped
    1.5 Tb chili powder
    2tsp garlic
    1tsp salt
    .5 tsp pepper
    1LB ground beef


cook onion, beef , add all other ingred cook low heat for 1/2 hr. serve with your fav taco toppings!!
