Ingredients

    10 pounds of apples, peeled, cored, cut into quarters
    1 cup Splenda
    1 cup Water

    Optional Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger

Directions

Place apples and water in large saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 30 minutes or until apples become very soft.
Run apples through masher or blender.
thoroughly mix in Splenda.
Add optional spices to taste.
Makes 56 one-cup servings or 12 - 14 quart jars.
