Ingredients

    8 large Potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch chunks
    1 Cup Onion, chopped
    1 Cup Celery, chopped
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
    12 tbs Hellman's Canola Mayo
    2 tbs Yellow Mustard
    1 tbs White Balsamic Vinegar
    Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch chunks. Cook until Tender.
Add Potatoes to other ingredients.
Chill overnight, or at least 3 hours

Serving Size: 1/2 cup per Serving
