    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Powdered Sugar, 2 cup, unsifted
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 3 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp


Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add other ingredients. Beat until smooth.
Makes 30 servings spread on ginger snap cookies
