    1 lb ground turkey
    1 egg
    .5 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
    .25 cup parmesan cheese
    4 wheat sub rolls
    4 servings garden style spaghetti sauce
    1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese


mix chicken, egg, bread crumbs and parm cheese. form 12 balls.. spray cookie sheet with cooking spray, and place slightly flattened balls onto pan. bake for about 15 min at 425. Turn halfway through.

heat sauce

place meatballs into sauce, place in sub rolls, top with 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese and broil to melt cheese.
