    1 pkg. frozen highliner talapia
    1 can diced tomatos with garlic and olive oil
    1 tbsp prepared pesto
    5 tbsp grated parmesean cheese
    salt and pepper to taste


place thawed fish fillets in single layer into a glass baking dish.
Mix tomatoes with pesto.
salt and pepper the fillets (Optional)
pour tomatoe/pesto mixture over fish
cover with foil
Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes
remove foil from dish
sprinkle on grated cheese (again this step is optional)
put back into the oven *uncovered* for 5-10 minutes or until cheese looks golden
