Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup plain bread crumbs
    3 bunches (about 10 cups chopped) kale

Directions

1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in large frying pan or wok. Cook onions and garlic until soft, stirring constantly.
2. Mix in breadcrumbs, and stir until brown.
3. Add kale, and cook until wilted.

Serving Size: 4 large servings (about 1.5 cups each)
