Ingredients

    6 oz. spaghetti
    2 TB. light margerine
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. lean TURKEY
    2 cup. spaghetti sauce
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Add parmesand cheese and eggs. Form crust in the bottom of a13 x9 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brown ground turkey and drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Set aside. Spread cottage cheese over crust. Spread meat mixture over cottage cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and a slight sprinkle of Italian seasoning if desired. Bake for 5 minutes longer.
