This super easy salsa tastes fantastic and is so easy to make. It is so versitile you can adapt it to your taste. This super easy salsa tastes fantastic and is so easy to make. It is so versitile you can adapt it to your taste.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Vine Ripe Tomatoes, chopped (or any tomato you have on hand)
    1/2 cup canned corn, drained
    1/2 to 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and deribbed), finely chopped
    2 Limes, juiced
    1/2 Lemon, juiced (be careful of the seeds)
    1/2 Purple Onion, chopped
    Salt - to taste (kosher salt gives a bigger punch)
    Black Pepper to taste


Directions

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix gently. Use small amounts of salt and pepper - you can always add more.

You can change this recipe to fit your taste as well. You can add more tomatoes, more or less corn, more or less jalapeno, or even change up the ingredients. Try 1/4 cup of cilantro for a different taste. This salsa is awesome on chicken, tortillas, or with some baked chips.
