    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 0.015 cup
    chop up mint leaves
    bunch of mint

Directions

Mix all ingredients except for olive oil.

Top with olive oil
