Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pkg Tostada Shells
    1 can Refried Beans
    1/4 c milk
    1 Ripe Tomato, diced
    1 c Lettuce, Chopped
    1 Red Pepper, diced
    1 Yellow Pepper, diced
    1 c Cheese, shredded
    10 Green Olives, sliced

Directions

Mix refried beans with 1/4 cup of milk. Stir until blended. Cook on medium heat until warmed through. Preheat oven to 350.

Arrange 4 tostada shells on a baking sheet lined with foil (for easy clean up). Spread beans on shells, sprinkle with cheese. Put into oven until cheese is melted (approx 5 minutes). Remove from oven, top with remaining ingredients and enjoy.
